David: Developing a heart of God
Through Lent we focused on one of the key figures in the Old Testament: David, Jesus’ ancestor. David is presented as a deeply flawed mixture of real vulnerabilities we all share; and yet he trusts the same unique loving living God we have come to know in Jesus Christ his Son. Through David we can also develop, flawed and vulnerable as we are, a heart growing in the greatest adventure of trusting God.
